Successor companies Sanitec, Inc. went out of business in about 1999, Sanitec International Holdings, Inc. went out of business in about 2001, Sanitec, Ltd. went out of business in about 2002, and Sanitec Group, LLC went out of business in 2004. These companies no longer manufacture the Model HG-A-100S and the Model HG-A-250S Microwave Disinfection Units, and these companies are different from Sanitec Industries, Inc.
